Welcome to the admissions page of S.K. Academy. We are delighted that you are considering our institution for your child's education.
We strictly follow a transparent, merit-based, and inclusive admission process in accordance with CBSE guidelines. Please read through the procedure and rules below to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Admission Procedure
Registration
Parents must procure the Registration Form from the school office or download it online. The filled form must be submitted within the specified dates along with the registration fee.
Assessment / Interaction
For foundational classes, a general interaction is held with the child and parents. For higher classes, a basic written assessment is conducted to gauge the child's academic level.
Document Verification
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. Original certificates must be presented for verification along with self-attested photocopies.
Fee Payment & Enrollment
Upon successful verification, the admission is confirmed by depositing the admission fee and first quarter/month tuition fee within the stipulated timeframe.
Documents Required
Please ensure you have the following documents ready at the time of admission verification:
- Birth Certificate: A valid copy of the birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation.
- Transfer Certificate (TC): Original TC from the previous school (Not required for Nursery/Pre-Primary admissions).
- Report Card: Photocopy of the previous class marksheet/report card.
- Photographs: 4 recent passport-size photographs of the child and 2 photographs of each parent/guardian.
- Address Proof & ID: Copy of Aadhar Card of the child and parents, along with valid residential proof.
- Medical Certificate: A basic physical fitness and blood group certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
General Admission Rules
- Registration does not guarantee admission. It is subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
- The age criteria for admission strictly follows government and board mandates (e.g., minimum 3+ years for Nursery as of March 31st).
- Admission/Registration fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The school management reserves the right to reject any admission without assigning any reason.
- Incomplete forms or forms without mandatory documents will be summarily rejected.
